We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician & Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge and practical experience in electrical and plumbing works, including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of home automation and smart home installations is preferred. Candidates who can read and interpret electrical and plumbing drawings, and who hold relevant technical certifications, will be given preference.
Key responsibilities
- Perform electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance and repair works
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues
- Install and maintain lighting systems, switches, sockets, water supply and drainage systems
- Read and interpret electrical, plumbing and technical drawings
- Assist with home automation and smart home system installations
- Make sure all work meets safety standards and project requirements
- Coordinate with other trades and complete assigned tasks within deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrician, Plumber or Multi-Skilled Technician
- Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Experience in fit-out, maintenance or construction projects
- Knowledge of home automation systems is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Relevant technical certifications or trade qualifications are preferred
- A valid driving licence is preferred
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
