This comprehensive villa interior renovation at The Pearl, Doha transformed an outdated living space into a modern, elegant home. The scope included complete demolition of existing interiors, installation of premium porcelain flooring throughout, decorative wall finishes and feature panels, as well as custom-built cabinetry designed to maximise storage while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

Lighting upgrades played a central role in the transformation, with recessed LED ceiling fixtures, accent lighting in living areas and task lighting in the kitchen and study. The three bathrooms were fully remodeled with new sanitary ware, waterproofing, wall and floor tiling, and modern vanity units.
