Project Overview

This project involved the complete replacement of the plumbing system across a multi-storey commercial building in the West Bay business district of Doha. The existing pipework had reached the end of its service life, with frequent leaks and pressure inconsistencies affecting daily operations for tenants throughout the building.

Elite Touch carried out a full assessment of the existing infrastructure before systematically replacing all supply and drainage lines with modern, corrosion-resistant materials. The work included upgrading water heaters, installing new shut-off valves at every floor, replacing all washroom fixtures and fittings, and reconfiguring the main water distribution manifold to improve pressure balance across all levels.

The project was completed in just three weeks with minimal disruption to building occupants. Work was scheduled in phases to ensure that at least partial water service remained available at all times. Final pressure testing and quality inspections confirmed that the new system met all relevant standards, delivering reliable performance and significantly reduced maintenance requirements for the building management.
